The 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a full-size, rear- and four-wheel-drive van available in three body lengths, three roof heights, and three cargo/passenger configurations, with two drivelines on offer as well. It has been on sale in its current Mercedes-Benz form since the 2011 model year; prior to that, it was sold as a Dodge before Daimler Chrysler dissolved. The Dodge Sprinter hit the market for the 2003 model year, and since then, the Sprinter has become one of the most popular and desirable vans on the market.

A load-adaptive electronic stability system comes standard on the 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, as do driver and passenger front, side curtain, and thorax airbags. Mercedes’ impressive Crosswind Assist helps the van in heavy winds by gently applying brake inputs to individual wheels to keep the Sprinter moving forward and under control. Optional blind-spot monitoring, forward collision warning, and lane monitoring help prevent accidents as well.
